Holger Kuster has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Holger began their career as an intern at Wandres Microcleaning in 2004. In 2008, they worked as a research assistant at IMTEK, University of Freiburg, where they focused on developing a reliable eutectic bonding process for silicon wafers. From 2009 to 2010, they interned at EADS, specifically in the manufacturing technology department of EADS Defence Electronics. Holger conducted research for their master's thesis on the reliability of BGA solder joints in harsh environments.
In 2010, they joined Framo Morat GmbH & Co. KG as a Mechanical Design Engineer until 2013. Holger then worked at Mack Rides GmbH & Co KG as a Mechanical Design Engineer from 2014 until 2016. Since 2016, they have been with the Franz Morat Group as an Engineering Manager.
Holger Kuster completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Microsystems Engineering (Mikrosystemtechnik) at The University of Freiburg from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2010.
