John Buch has extensive experience in facility management and security, currently serving as Hoofd Facilitaire Dienstverlening and Hoofd Bedrijfsvoering at the Frans Hals Museum since 2015, with a prior tenure at the same museum starting in 2005. Previous roles include Security Officer at Nederlandse Beveiligingsgroep en Rowa Security from 2000 to 2005 and Inspecteur and Brigadier at Politie Amsterdam-Amstelland from 1980 to 2000. John Buch completed law enforcement training at Politieschool Amsterdam from 1974 to 1975 and received education at Scholengemeenschap Pascal from 1970 to 1974.
