Sef Chambers has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Sef is currently a Client Partner at FranklinCovey, responsible for managing clients in the UK and Ireland. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as the Head of Account Management at PHMG. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Lead Generation at Money In Control from 2017 to 2018. From 2013 to 2017, Sef held various positions at Coracall, including Head of Operations and Campaign Manager. Sef started their career as a Sales Manager at Paymex Group from 2007 to 2013. In 2007, they also worked as a Soccer Coach at Challenger Sports, where they conducted coaching sessions and evaluated games.

Sef Chambers attended Parrs Wood Sixth Form from 2000 to 2003, where they completed their A Levels in Psychology, Sociology, and Theatre Studies. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, Sef attended Leeds Beckett University, studying Sociology without obtaining a degree.
