Mike Rackham has a work experience that spans over several years. Mike started their career at ThomasArts in 2010 as a Senior Software Engineer & Problem Solver and worked there until October 2014. Mike then joined Progrexion as a Software Engineer in October 2014 and is currently still employed there. In June 2019, Mike joined FranklinCovey as a Senior PHP Developer, where they are currently working.

Mike Rackham has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Weber State University.
