Heather Colbeck has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heather began their career in 2000 at Allgood Outdoors, Inc as a Landscape Designer, where they consulted with clients, created concept boards, and designed landscape plans for various sites. Heather then worked as a Landscape Designer at Cornerstone Gardens, LLC from 2002 to 2003. In 2003, Heather joined Landmark Design Associates, LLC as a Land Planner and Landscape Designer, where they designed master plans for residential, recreational, and commercial sites, created various plans and exhibits, and coordinated permits for marinas. Heather later worked at Pike Nursery as the Houseplant Department Head from 2009 to 2011. In the same period, they also worked at Colbeck Design as a Land Planner and Landscape Designer. Their most recent role is with FranklinCovey, where they currently serve as the Managing Client Engagement Coordinator for the East Coast since May 2022. Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated strong skills in design, client service, and project coordination.

Heather Colbeck attended the University of Georgia, College of Environment and Design from 1994 to 1999. During this time, they completed a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) degree.
