Erin Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience history. Erin began their career at KIPP Philadelphia Schools as a Special Education Teacher from June 2010 to June 2013. Erin then worked at Teach For America, where they held various roles, including Manager of Teacher Leadership Development from June 2014 to December 2015, Director of Program from January 2016 to January 2018, and Senior Managing Director, Continuum from January 2018 to September 2021. Currently, they are working at FranklinCovey as a Client Partner since September 2021, and later promoted to the role of Managing Client Partner in September 2022.

Erin Fitzgerald pursued their education with dedication, starting in 2004 at Providence College. Erin completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences in the year 2008. Building on this foundation, they then joined the University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2010 to achieve their Master of Education (MEd) degree, with a focus on Urban Education.
