AJ Lee, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They currently work at FranklinCovey as a Manager of Customer Success and Learning Implementation Strategist, where they lead and manage a team while consulting with strategic clients to drive business outcomes. They also serve on the DEI Core Council, focusing on cultural competence and inclusion within the organization. Before joining FranklinCovey, AJ co-founded Inside Out Enterprises, specializing in brand development. Prior to that, they worked at Game On Nation as the VP of Business Operations and Communication Consultant, where they helped executives and teams improve through interactive learning techniques. AJ also held roles at the Auburn Athletics Department, including Director of Auburn Leadership Institute and Executive Support Specialist to the Director of Athletics. They developed and executed leadership programs for student-athletes and coordinated major events for stakeholders. AJ also gained experience as a Color Commentator for gymnastics competitions.

AJ Lee, PhD has an extensive education history. AJ obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Marketing and Communication from Auburn University. AJ further pursued their education at Auburn University and obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Higher Education Administration and Sports Management. AJ Lee's academic journey culminated in the completion of a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Higher Education Administration and Sports Management, also from Auburn University.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, AJ Lee has also obtained several certifications. AJ received a certification as a Wellness Coach (PN1) from Precision Nutrition in March 2023. AJ also completed a certification in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in May 2021. AJ Lee has also attended the Institute for Administrative Advancement program offered by Women Leaders in College Sports in June 2015. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Leadership Excellence & Quality Service from the Disney Institute in May 2011.
