Ada Xia has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Ada most recently worked as a Senior Human Resource Manager at FranklinWH Energy Storage Inc. since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Business Partner Director at Dot Meter Network Technology Co., LTD from April 2020 to April 2022. From April 2017 to April 2020, Ada held the position of Human Resources Director at Shenzhen Sanhang Industrial Technology Co. LTD. Ada also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner Manager at dormakaba Home from October 2011 to April 2017, and as a GM Assistant at Guangdong Power King Electronics Co., LTD from July 2007 to October 2011.

Ada Xia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Nanchang Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in the field of Master of Business Administration, from Northwestern Polytechnical University. This degree was earned between 2017 and 2020.
