Michelle Brownlee is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Franklin Sports since July 2022. Prior to this role, Brownlee worked as Trademark Counsel at Bose Corporation from June 2007 to March 2022 and held the position of General Counsel at The Colibri Group from November 2005 to May 2007. Earlier experience includes working as Assistant Trademark Counsel at The Gillette Company and as an associate at both Cooley Godward and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Brownlee began a legal career as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and initially served as a Summer Associate and Legal Assistant at Debevoise & Plimpton. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, a Certificate in Financial Statement Analysis and General Accounting Principles from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Dartmouth College, and a High School Diploma from The Hun School of Princeton.
