Claudia Munhoz Irico has a diverse work history, beginning in 1995 as a Telemarketing Manager at IVC Time Sharing, where they managed a team of 36 employees and significantly improved telemarketing performance. Claudia Munhoz then served as the General Manager at PO Couture - Couture Bridal Gown, organizing fashion events and overseeing sales and accounts. Claudia later joined Sequin LLC - Costume Jewelry as a Production Director, where they developed an accounting system and implemented EDI, resulting in decreased chargebacks. Following this, they worked at Hamilton Park Montessori School as a Business Manager/Registrar, transitioning student information to a digital database and implementing an online payment system. Most recently, Claudia has been the Director of Procurement at Franklin School, responsible for strategic procurement activities. Prior to this, they held the role of Strategic and Operational Planning Director at Dwight School.

Claudia Munhoz Irico studied English at UNIESP - Centro Universitario Capital. Claudia Munhoz also pursued Business Administration and Management at Universidade Ibirapuera.
