Tim Hurlbut is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate development and mortgage banking. Currently serving as the Principal Owner of Smokejumper Tiny Home Resort since July 2022, Tim has created a unique getaway in Idaho City, Idaho, near the Boise National Forest. Tim also operates Kash Consulting, focusing on the acquisition and development of single-family rental properties in the Pacific Northwest and a tiny home resort. Tim's previous roles include Branch Manager at Franklin Loan Center and Benchmark Mortgage, as well as a Mortgage Banker at Pacific Mercantile Bank, with a career spanning over a decade in the mortgage industry.
