Bryce Ady currently serves as the Encompass Platform Administrator at Franklin Loan Center since November 2022. Prior to this role, Bryce was the Sr. Business Analyst and sole Encompass Administrator at HomeAmerican Mortgage from January 2018 to November 2022, overseeing all aspects of configuration and vendor integrations. Previous experience includes roles as an Encompass Administrator at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, where responsibilities involved designing workflows for the loan lifecycle, and as a Technical Product Support Analyst at Ellie Mae, focusing on client installation of the Encompass Smart Client. Earlier in their career, Bryce worked at PayPal as a Transaction Process Manager, monitoring transactions and troubleshooting issues, and held multiple positions at TD Ameritrade, where project implementation and policy expertise were key responsibilities. Bryce earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
