Toni Dallier is the President, Owner, and Chairperson at Franklin since 1996. Toni has played a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and fostering innovation within the company. Additionally, Toni has championed the advancement of women in key leadership positions. Prior to Franklin, Toni was a Sales Leader for Healthcare Accounts at WPXI-TV from 1993 to 1996. Toni holds a BA in Telecommunications from Michigan State University.
