Steven Ewer is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the IT infrastructure and financial sectors. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Franklin Fitch since July 2013, Steven leads a specialist consultancy that focuses on network, server, cloud infrastructure, information security, and big data recruitment. Prior to this role, Steven was an Account Director at Boston Consulting Group from November 2021 to June 2023, where collaboration with Franklin Fitch supported the growth of BCG's technology teams. Steven also held leadership positions at Cititec Associates and SThree plc, overseeing permanent recruitment divisions and teams specializing in banking, financial services, and various technology fields.
