Ben Swihart, CEM, currently holds the position of Technical Manager at Franklin Energy since March 2016, overseeing the engineering team for Consumers Energy Business Energy Efficiency Programs. Responsibilities include achieving energy savings goals, developing performance metrics for application processing, facilitating team meetings, providing training, and collaborating with the Michigan Public Service Commission on whitepapers for the Michigan Energy Measures Database. Prior to this role, Ben Swihart served as an Energy Engineer II and Energy Engineer I at Climatec, LLC, and worked as a System Specialist. Ben Swihart earned a Bachelor of Science in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology from Ferris State University between 2008 and 2011.
