Shannon Martineau is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Franklin County Community Development Corporation since August 2021. Previously, Shannon held the role of Money Matters Coordinator at Community Action Pioneer Valley from October 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating and implementing the Asset Development Program to improve financial decision-making for low to moderate-income families. Earlier career highlights include serving as Branch Manager at Vermont Federal Credit Union, where Shannon assisted in the establishment of a new branch, and roles at Citizens Bank and Wells Fargo encompassing management and training. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and an Associate of Science from Greenfield Community College. Additional education includes attendance at the Hallmark Institute of Photography and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
