Colleen O'Neill-Groves has over thirty-five years of experience in sales and business development. From 1984 to 2000, they worked as a Financial Advertising Manager for The Wall Street Journal, where they managed sales staff and sold financial advertising to Retail Banks, Mutual Funds, and IPO's. Colleen then moved to NBC, where they held the role of Digital Director & TV Advertising Sales Executive and launched Advertising Sales for CNBC.com. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Sales Director for Rodale Inc., selling Prevention Magazine & Prevention.com to CPG, OTC, and Pharmaceutical brands and ad agencies. Colleen then moved to QualityHealth, where they held the role of Sales Director and delivered large-scale marketing programs to the healthcare industry. In 2011, they became the VP Sales for Canoe Ventures, where they provided interactivity to their advertiser's national inventory with digital products. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Recruitment/New Business Development Sales Director for Advance Digital, providing turn-key solutions for digital marketing needs. Colleen then moved to Competitrack, where they held the role of Director Business Development and provided customized solutions for clients' advertising and marketing challenges. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as the Executive Director Cultural & Organizational Development for SHIFT HR Compliance Training, LLC, where they partnered with Chief Diversity Officers, Chief HR Leaders, and Learning and Development teams to provide education and awareness on a variety of topics. Currently, they are the Senior Account Manager for Franklin Apprenticeships.
Colleen O'Neill-Groves is currently enrolled in eCornell, where they are pursuing a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Certification. Colleen previously obtained a B.S. in Management from Saint Francis University. In addition, they obtained a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Certification from eCornell in February 2019.
