Joshua Flores has extensive experience in operations support, pest control, and security. Since August 2012, Joshua has worked at Franklin American Mortgage Company as a Support II Operations professional, assisting with documentation and storage processes for the Collateral and Loan Purchase Specialist departments. Prior to this role, Joshua served as a Pest/Termite Technician at Home Team Pest Defense, delivering pest control services while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence. Earlier work experience includes positions as a Pipefitter Apprentice with Mince, L.P. and Beard Integrated Systems, and as a Security Officer with Whelan Security, where Joshua was responsible for safety and surveillance. Joshua's educational background includes studies in Art at Valle Verde Community College and Eastfield College, along with a high school diploma from Lakeview Centennial High School.
