Sue McLean has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Head of HR at Frank Roberts & Sons Limited since April 2021. Prior to this role, Sue held the position of HR Business Partner at Roberts Bakery from March 2018 to April 2021, and previously worked at TESCO STORES LIMITED as a People Manager for eight years, focusing on HR and customer-oriented KPIs. Sue's HR career began at TESCO DISTRIBUTION LIMITED, where responsibilities included managing personnel and training in a heavily unionized environment. Early career experience also includes serving as an Executive Secretary to the General Manager. Sue's education includes studies at Warrington Collegiate and Verdin High School.
