Sarah started with Frank, Rimerman as a summer intern in 2007 and launched her early career as a tax CPA with the firm. Her passion for people and representing the firm’s brand led her to university recruiting. Over the years, she has guided the development of early identification programs and talent pipelines, fueling organic growth from the entry level.
Sarah oversees the learning and development of the campus recruiting team, guiding their efforts, strategies, and scalability. She is passionate about representing the firm’s culture and fostering a team that echoes closely-held values. In addition to university recruiting, Sarah leads hiring for the Tax and IT Audit departments. She also plays a key role in advising the firm on the CPA exams and counseling hires on their unique paths to licensure.
