Joshua Kleiman is a seasoned professional in customer operations and growth strategy, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at FranConnect since May 2024 and as Vice President of the Growth Team at Serent Capital since September 2022. Joshua is also a Graduate Student at The Wharton School, pursuing an MBA since 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Growth Equity Intern at InvestX Capital and various positions at Boston Consulting Group from 2015 to 2020, culminating as a Project Leader. Additional experience encompasses a summer associate role at the Founder Institute and a BCG secondee position within SAP's Corporate Strategy Group. Joshua's education includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
