Maureen Jensen is a seasoned board member and executive with extensive experience in regulatory and governance roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a board member for Franco-Nevada Corporation and as chairperson for the OBSI, Maureen also holds positions as a public governor at FINRA, chair of The Prosperity Project, and vice chair at Toronto Centre. Notably, Maureen was the chair and CEO of the Ontario Securities Commission from June 2011 to April 2020 and served as SVP of Surveillance and Compliance at IIROC from May 2008 to June 2011, following the merger with Market Regulation Services, where Maureen held the position of president. Earlier roles include director of market regulation for the Toronto Stock Exchange. Maureen holds a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Toronto and has completed the ICD directors course at the Rotman School of Management.
