Francisco joined Francisco Partners Consulting in 2022 as an Operating Advisor focused on Human Capital Operations.

Prior to joining Francisco Partners Consulting, Francisco served as HR Business Partner for Global Solutions, Global G&A and HR PMO at Verifone. Francisco joined Verifone in 2018 during the company’s acquisition by FP and has partnered with the Verifone Leadership Team to implement HR best practices and drive talent strategy to enable and drive Verifone’s transformation. Before that, Francisco served as HR Leader for NCR Corporation for 15 years in a variety of HR roles including HR Business Partner for Global Services, Supply Chain Operations, and Product & Engineering.
