Susana Chavez has extensive experience in accounts receivable management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Manager of Accounts Services at Franciscan Ministries since June 2009. In this role, Susana oversees billing processes for various payment types, including Medicare and Medicaid, across multiple states. Prior experience includes serving as Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Meadowbrook Manor, where Susana supervised billing policies and procedures for a nursing home, and as Owner of Butterfield HealthCare. Additionally, Susana held the position of Medicare/Insurance Supervisor at Extended HealthCare, managing billing for 27 nursing homes.
