Constance M. Brasher has a extensive work experience in the senior care industry. Constance M. is currently serving as the Corporate Director of Life Enrichment and Memory Care at Franciscan Ministries, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Chicago Methodist Senior Services as the Director of Memory Care Program Development from September 2021 to August 2022.

Before their role at Chicago Methodist Senior Services, Constance worked at Sunrise Senior Living for seven years, starting in March 2014 as the Senior Resident Care Coordinator for the West Division and ending in April 2021. Constance M. also served as the Assisted Living Coordinator at The Admiral at the Lake from June 2012 to February 2014.

Constance's earlier experience includes working as a Teaching Assistant for the Leisure Studies Program at The University of Iowa from August 2010 to May 2012, and as a Life Enrichment Therapist at Three Crowns Park from January 2009 to May 2010.

Constance M. Brasher completed their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Illinois at Chicago between 2004 and 2007. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy at The University of Iowa from 2010 to 2012.
