James Roberts is currently a Partner at Francis Wilks & Jones, where James advises on all aspects of insolvency. Prior to this role, James gained experience as a Legal Director at BDB Pitmans and as an Associate at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP. James began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at KW Law LLP after working as a Paralegal at Shakespeares. James also has experience as a Case Administrator at Cranfied Business Recovery. James holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Southampton and completed their LPC at the University of Law Guildford.
