Susan Coskey, JD, MBA, serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Francis Energy, LLC, a position held since July 2022, while also contributing as a member of the Board of Advisors. Previously, Susan held the role of Chief People Officer and General Counsel at Cap Hill Brands until September 2023 and served as a Strategic Advisor for Impact Bioenergy in 2022. Susan founded Adelante Global Partners, LLC, a consulting firm focused on transforming organizational cultures and enhancing operational performance. Earlier career highlights include serving as Chief People Officer at Carnival Corporation, where Susan led HR initiatives across multiple brands, and as Director of Seattle's Department of Human Resources, where strategic improvements were implemented. With experience spanning law, human resources, and consulting, Susan has a proven ability to drive organizational change and improve workplace culture. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University, a Doctor of Law from UCLA, and an MBA from UCLA.
