With a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Alexandria University, Alaa has a strong background in overseeing operations, developing employees, and driving sales and profits while adhering to company standards. Prior to moving into management positions, Alaa worked as a Line Cook at Hard Rock International.
