Paolo Franchetti serves as Chairman and CEO of Franchetti Spa since 2008, overseeing a leading structural engineering firm with international operations in Brazil, Canada, the United States, India, and Singapore. As a founding partner and CEO of multiple engineering companies, Paolo Franchetti specializes in the design, refurbishment, and maintenance of various infrastructures, including historical buildings. Additionally, Paolo Franchetti is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Padova, teaching courses in Structural Dynamics and Environmental Protection. Paolo Franchetti has held various roles, such as Commissioner for Environmental Impact Assessment and expert in Cultural Heritage, and has been actively involved in educational and international collaborations, including teaching positions in the European Master for Structural Analysis of Historical Constructions and at UC Irvine. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, with further studies at SDA Bocconi and Università di Trento.
