Gianluca Del Fabbro currently serves as the General Manager at Franchetti Spa since September 2023, previously holding the same title at Robor from November 2020 to September 2023. From 2018 to 2020, Gianluca was the CEO of ESW Röhrenwerke GmbH, reporting to the CEO of Danieli Group, a position also held previously as Executive Vice President of Operations at Danieli from 2007 to 2018. Additional experience includes roles as Supply Chain Manager at Carraro Group (2005-2007), Strategic Procurement & Planning Manager at Faber Industrie (2001-2005), and a brief internship at Gruppo Formula in 2000. Gianluca's early career began in the family business, Electrolux, from 1991 to 1998. Education includes a Higher National Diploma in Industrial Electronics from the Industrial Technical Institute "A. Malignani" in Udine and studies at Università degli Studi di Udine. Gianluca is also a Board Member of Termomakina A. S.
