Antoine Gaudin is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chargé des Ressources Humaines at France Gardiennage since March 2021, Antoine manages disciplinary processes, payroll for administrative staff, and employee cases, while also overseeing training budgets and apprenticeships. Previously, as Responsable de compte formation at Develop'Invest, Antoine was involved in training plan arbitration, deployment, and reporting. Additional experience includes roles in the Région Nouvelle-Aquitaine focused on training policy development, as well as recruitment and HR management at IAE Bordeaux Consulting and O2 CARE SERVICES. Antoine holds a Master’s degree in HR Management from IAE Bordeaux and a Bachelor’s degree in AES from Université de Bordeaux.
