Phillip Marino is the Vice President of Preconstruction at Frampton Construction. Phillip has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The Citadel. Prior to their current position, Phillip held various preconstruction management roles at Frampton Construction and Baker Roofing Company.
