Jennifer ICARD is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in recruitment, payroll management, and resource optimization. Currently serving as Responsable RH for FRAIKIN France, Jennifer has held multiple HR management roles since February 2021, overseeing operations in the Mediterranean region. Previously, Jennifer worked at BERTO MEDITERRANEE as an Assistant exploitation, managing back-office tasks related to driver reports and payroll adjustments, and at The Adecco Group in various HR positions, focusing on candidate recruitment and client relationship management. Jennifer began their career with internships in recruitment roles at Polyglot Group and Proman Expertise and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from SKEMA Business School and a Master 1 in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship from EDHEC Business School.
