Wondwosen Idossa's work experience begins in 2011 as an Assistant Legal Prosecutor at the Ministry of Justice. Later in the same year, they become a Coordinator at the Sub-Saharan Africa Research and Training Centre. In 2012, they serve as a Legal Assistant at The Law Office of Alan Gudeta. In 2013, they join Ropes & Gray LLP as a Legal Records Analyst and transitions to Fragomen, where they hold multiple roles including Paralegal, Supervising Immigration Paralegal, and currently, Client Services Manager.
Wondwosen Idossa pursued their education with a focus on law. Beginning in 2006, they enrolled at Addis Ababa University to pursue a Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Wondwosen remained there until 2011, completing their undergraduate studies in law. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, Wondwosen attended The George Washington University Law School, where they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in General Studies.
