Nina Madin has a diverse range of work experience. Nina started their career in 2011 as an Accounts Assistant at LB Foster Rail Technologies during their placement year at university. Nina then joined Bondhay Golf Club in 2010 as Bar Staff, where they gained valuable interpersonal and communication skills. In 2013, Nina returned to LB Foster Rail Technologies, this time as an Accounts Assistant. Nina was responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, analyzing gross margin and variances, and reporting on substantial results. Nina then moved on to TEW Engineering Group in 2015, where they worked as an Accountant. Currently, they are working as a Finance Manager at Fragomen, where they manage financial operations. Throughout their career, Nina has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and is actively working towards their CIMA qualification.

Nina Madin began their education at St Mary's RC High School in Chesterfield from 2001 to 2008, where they completed their high school education. Nina further pursued their studies at Sheffield Hallam University from 2009 to 2013, during which they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Afterward, they attended BPP from 2013 to 2016, where they focused on CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants). In May 2017, Nina obtained the CGMA certification from CIMA.
