Hayden James Poudrier is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fraction, a digital platform established in June 2018 that focuses on providing homeowners with socially conscious financial solutions to enhance their quality of life. Prior to this role, Poudrier served as a Solutions Consultant at realtor.com from October 2016 to April 2018. Additionally, from March 2011 to May 2016, Poudrier was the President of Total Sports Tape Inc., where responsibilities included formulating and testing materials for wax wraps, managing patent filings and licensing agreements, as well as overseeing design and product testing.
