Thierry Louesse is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors. Since January 2011, Thierry has served as the Founder and Managing Partner of Fractal Systems in the UAE, specializing in advanced technology design and manufacturing for events, with a focus on techno-art, mechatronics, holograms, and digital design. Prior to this role, Thierry was Managing Director at Atlas Telecom, where the company provided secure GSM and telecommunication networks for military and law enforcement. Thierry's earlier positions include General Manager roles at GBM IBM Sole Distributor in Qatar, SITA in MENA and Africa, and IBM in the Caribbean Zone and Kourou, along with significant achievements as Chef des Ventes within IBM Marseille and as an IT Engineer at IBM. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in IT and Telecom, a DEA in Operational Research and Economics, and a degree from Ecole des Officier D'Artillerie.
