Previously, Shivani held roles such as Behavioral Science & Design Lead and Senior Manager in Behavioral Science & Design Strategy, focusing on influencing decision-making across various sectors, including Finance, Healthcare, and Technology. Earlier experience includes positions at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, The University of Edinburgh, Jump Marketing Ltd., and Graduate Promotions. Shivani holds a Master of Science in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Women's Christian College.
