Aditya Desai is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data architecture and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Data Architect Engineer at Fractal since October 2020, Aditya leads the design and implementation of innovative digital engagement solutions within the healthcare sector while mentoring junior team members. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Data Engineer at Plex Systems, where complex Azure-based data integrations were developed, and as Data Engineer at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where logistics data optimization strategies were executed. Aditya’s career also encompasses positions as Business Intelligence Engineer at Yardi Software and Data Warehouse Engineer at Inteliment, contributing to various data solutions across multiple industries. Aditya holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Pune University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University.
