Moussa Barry is a seasoned geoscientist with extensive experience in the hydrocarbon sector. Currently serving as a Senior Geoscientist at the Mauritanian Society of Hydrocarbon (SMH) since November 2020, Moussa also holds the position of Petrophysicist at FracGeo since September 2015, where responsibilities include sonic log processing, petrophysical evaluation for various types of resources, and geological modeling utilizing advanced techniques. Prior roles include CFM Geophysicist and Petrophysicist at SIGMA3, where Moussa managed workflows from seismic data loading to identifying sweet spots and generating seismic attributes. Earlier career positions include Well Geologist and mud logging at Stratigraph and Engineering at Schlb. Moussa Barry holds a Master's Degree in Geophysics from the University of Arizona and two additional Master's Degrees in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Tunis and Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the Technical University of Nouakchott, Mauritania.
