Michel Couturier serves as an administrator at the Fédération québécoise des municipalités (FQM), focusing on economic, labor, immigration, and taxation issues since December 2021. Simultaneously, Michel has held the position of President of the board of directors at Mont Grand Fonds since November 2009. Previously, Michel served as the Mayor of Ville de la Malbaie and as President of the Société de gestion des infrastructures de transports de Charlevoix from November 2013 to December 2016. From February 1990 until December 2016, Michel was the owner of Couturier mode travail.
