Đào Việt Bách is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager and Vice Head of FPT Software Academy Hanoi, with extensive experience in recruiting new graduates and IT programmers for various training programs and projects, supervising approximately 1200 Fresher and 1800 Intern placements annually. Bách organizes numerous communication and recruitment events each year, enhancing employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting tech talent. Additionally, Bách co-founded HR Companion, a social enterprise dedicated to fostering a supportive community for job seekers. Previously, Bách held the role of Vice President of the Student Union at Hanoi University of Science and Technology, where leadership was demonstrated through organizing events and volunteer programs for a student body of 30,000.
