Steve Kelley possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, currently serving as the Director of Spiral Immersion Systems at FPS Food Process Solutions Corporation since October 2017. Prior to this, Steve held the position of President and CEO at Charlottetown Metal Products Ltd. for a decade, and also served as President and CEO at Hydraulic Systems Ltd. Additionally, Steve has experience as President of New Release Depot 2000 Inc. and Chief Financial Officer at SuperMax Inc. Early career roles include practicing as a lawyer at Patterson Palmer Hunt Murphy and serving as a Senior Account Manager at CIBC Corporate Banking. Steve holds a Chartered Professional Accountant designation from CPA Canada, a Master of Business Administration from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University's Schulich School of Law, with a focus on Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
