Nilufer Aridil currently serves as the Global Human Resources Director at FPS Flexible Packaging Solutions since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nilufer held various positions within Greif, Inc., including Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager, starting in September 2016. Nilufer's career includes experience as a Project Manager at Beybi Plastik A.Ş from March 2012 to June 2016, and as an HR Manager at Greif FPS in Turkey from March 2006 to December 2011. Nilufer also worked as an HR Manager at ELOR HOLDİNG during 2006 to 2011. Nilufer Aridil earned a degree from the Communication Sciences Faculty and continued education at UC San Diego.
