Henry Wasswa is a seasoned health professional currently serving as the Health System Strengthening Program Officer and Cluster Coordinator at Amref Health Africa in Uganda, leading initiatives to empower young people and women regarding sexual and reproductive health rights. Concurrently, Henry acts as an FP Insight Ambassador, promoting knowledge sharing among global family planning and reproductive health professionals, and serves as a steering committee member for The Collaborative in Eastern Africa, connecting FP/RH experts in the region. Previously, Henry coordinated the implementation of the Women Integrated Sexual Health Program at Reproductive Health Uganda and held managerial positions focused on developing youth-responsive and gender-sensitive health interventions. Henry’s academic credentials include a Master of Public Health in progress at Wayne State University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, alongside a Bachelor's in Public Health and a Diploma in Clinical Medicine.
