Ross Neher is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in aviation law, insurance defense, and small business law. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Consultant and Assistant General Counsel at FP Transitions since January 2020, Ross previously held roles as Associate Counsel at the same firm and as an Attorney at Mountain View Law, LLC, beginning in January 2019. Ross's legal career includes positions at WALLACE, KLOR, MANN, CAPENER & BISHOP, P.C., Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP, and Miller & Associates, with a primary focus on aviation law. Ross’s foundational experience in the aviation industry includes roles as a pilot, flight instructor, and CEO of FlightPrep Inc., a flight planning software company. Ross's education includes a Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
