Maribel Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership consulting and psychological analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership Consulting at Talent Plus, Inc. since January 2010, Maribel has built upon prior expertise as a Senior Analyst/Consultant at The Gallup Organization from August 1995 to June 2009. Maribel holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, attained between 1987 and 1995, and a B.A. in Psychology and English from Allegheny College, completed in 1987.
