Daryl Hales is an experienced professional with a background in site management and leadership within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Site Manager and Batching Plant Team Leader at FP McCann Ltd since July 2017, Daryl oversees project operations and ensures quality standards. Previously, Daryl served as an Infantry Soldier in the British Army from January 2007 to August 2013, where foundational skills in discipline and teamwork were developed.
