Gilles Arcand is an experienced professional with a focus on managing dealer relationships in the mailing solutions industry. Currently serving as Eastern Dealer Manager at FP Mailing Solutions since January 2010, Gilles helps distributors of all sizes demonstrate the benefits of mailing systems to their clients, while providing them with tools to accurately assess customer needs and identify hidden costs in mail processing systems. Prior to this role, Gilles held the position of Conseiller de direction at CGI from 2010 to 2011 and worked as an Account Manager at Pitney Bowes from March 2006 to January 2009. Gilles holds a degree in Communication from Université Laval, completed between 1982 and 1985, and has attended CEGEP institutions including John Abbott College and CEGEP Limoilou.
