Heather MacMaster is an experienced education manager with a strong background in designing and implementing learning solutions across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Education at FP Canada since April 2019, Heather previously held the same title at the Financial Planning Standards Council from March 2018 to March 2019. Heather's decade-long tenure at RBC from 2007 to 2017 involved overseeing learning strategy for a large global Technology and Operations team. Early career roles included Product Line Manager for Technology Learning Programs at Nexient Learning and Senior Manager of Technology Implementation at RISE, showcasing expertise in educational programming and team management. An independent consultant from 1986 to 1992, Heather also has experience as an English Language Facilitator and Instructional Designer. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Queen's University.
